ACI hiring Field Marketing Executives, no experience required

ACI PLC has published a recruitment notice for the post of Field Marketing Executive. Interested candidates have been asked to take part in a direct interview. Those selected will receive an attractive salary along with various benefits under the company's policy, the notice said.

According to the notice, the number of posts has not been fixed. That means more than one candidate may be recruited to the post based on merit. The job is full-time and office-based, although the workplace is listed as anywhere in the country.

For educational qualifications, candidates need a master's or bachelor's degree in any subject. One condition has been stressed in particular — candidates must have studied science up to the SSC level. Without meeting that condition, an application is unlikely to be considered.

Among other requirements, good communication skills in both English and Bangla have been sought. Communication has been emphasised because field marketing work requires regular contact with different people at field level.

The most encouraging point for fresh jobseekers is that no experience is required for this post. New graduates can therefore apply as well. The maximum age limit has been set at 32 years, and both men and women can apply.

On salary, the notice only says ‘attractive salary’ without giving a specific figure. Beyond that, TA and DA benefits will be provided, which matter for travel and daily costs in field-level work.
