'Chaos Inc' Network Grows to 101 Groups as New Rounds of Demonstrations Are Planned

Staff Reporter • Reading time: 3 min

Two days after protests swept France, activists are preparing to take to the streets again. An international investigation has found that the number of organizations coordinating, organizing or amplifying protests across Europe has grown to 101. The network, spread across 13 countries including the United States, has sparked fresh debate in the Western world.

Two days ago an estimated 500,000 demonstrators poured into streets across France, and clashes left parts of Paris and other cities burning. French activists are now calling supporters back into the streets on Saturday, October 24, for a new protest billed as 'Acte II,' with 212 'mobilizations' currently planned according to a digital map.

A growing number of communist, socialist and hard-left organizations are also answering another call — a coordinated European youth strike on Friday, November 20. More and more groups joining the call is widening the movement's reach.

A Fox News Digital investigation identified 54 organizations on Monday; that number has now grown to 101. Most of the groups are adult-led, with just 33 organizations — one in three — led by students or youth.

The network represents a nexus of the so-called 'red-green' alliance, merging Islamist organizations symbolized by the colour green with far-left, communist and socialist groups represented by red. It also includes groups that proudly use the 'Antifa' moniker, such as an organization in Angoulême, France, describing itself as 'Action AntiFa16.'

Across the Atlantic, leaders of the US franchise are amplifying the protests. University of California, Berkeley academic Hatem Bazian, founder of anti-Israel Palestinian organizations including Students for Justice in Palestine and American Muslims for Palestine, shared videos from the protests. Bazian did not respond to a request for comment.

The European unrest is also receiving sympathetic amplification from a network of pro-communist organizations, including BreakThrough News, CodePink and the Party for Socialism and Liberation. BreakThrough News has framed the unrest as 'Europe's Youth Uprising' and is hosting an online discussion on it.

In France, organizers are using a website to organize logistics, communication and people. Online records show the domain was registered on September 15 by an anonymous user. In the face of curfews and security measures by President Emmanuel Macron, the organizers have a new demand: 'Macron must leave and make way for the people.' Leaders are coordinating through a Telegram channel, sharing logistical details and ready-made graphics.

After 'Acte II,' another action is planned on October 31 — 'Acte III,' featuring yellow vests, demonstrations and roundabouts all over France. Further actions are planned on November 5 and 14, and activities are even listed for April 3, 2027 and May 29, 2027, with the location given as 'Everywhere in France.'

For the November 20 action, far-left groups are promoting an 'International Youth Strike' calling for coordinated demonstrations, walkouts, assemblies, blockades and occupations. Their manifesto declares that the exploitation of workers, climate breakdown and war are not failures of the system but the essence of capitalism.

Altogether, the jump from 54 to 101 organizations shows how fast this protest network is expanding. All eyes are now on how large the October 24 'Acte II' action turns out to be.
