Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift cheer on Travis Kelce together again as Chiefs rout Chargers to stay undefeated
Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was back enjoying Kansas City Chiefs football alongside music sensation Taylor Swift on Sunday afternoon, as the two cheered on Travis Kelce and his team at Arrowhead Stadium and were shown celebrating together on the CBS broadcast.
Swift, the wife of the Chiefs' star tight end, was spotted wearing a red turtleneck sweater in her usual suite at the stadium. Sitting next to her were Clark and fellow musician Este Haim.
The Chiefs beat the Los Angeles Chargers 22-6 to remain undefeated on the season. CBS cameras cut to Swift and Clark as they celebrated a Kelce catch over the middle during the rout.
Kelce finished the game with four catches for 53 yards. In the Chiefs' backfield, star running back Kenneth Walker III was even more dominant, rushing for 128 yards on just 19 carries with two scores.
Just a week earlier, Kelce and Swift had been celebrating the future Hall of Famer's 37th birthday in New York City, while the Chiefs were on their early Week 5 bye.
On Saturday night, Swift was spotted at the Academy Museum Gala, helping raise money for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, before appearing in the stands at the football game the next day.
This is not the first time Swift and Clark have been spotted together at a Chiefs game. At this time last year, Clark, a big Chiefs fan, joined Swift inside the suite along with many others, including Kelce's father, Ed Kelce.
Last summer, Clark revealed how much she loves football. She was asked what she had been whispering to Swift in a viral clip from a Chiefs playoff game in January 2025, on Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe's 'A Touch More' podcast.
Clark said she honestly loves football and knows a lot about it, and that she had been telling Swift why a flag was thrown — while admitting she does not know everything herself. She called it really fun: she is a big Chiefs fan, Kelce played really well that game, the Chiefs won, and it was the playoffs.
Clark has spoken warmly about Swift before as well. As she told ESPN back in May 2025, Swift treats everybody with the same amount of kindness.
While she is enjoying her time with Swift, Clark would rather be in the WNBA Finals with her Fever teammates. Instead, the finalists are the Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries, with the Valkyries taking Game 1 at home over the weekend. Game 2 is scheduled for Monday night in Golden State.
The Fever fell to the Las Vegas Aces in the first round of the playoffs, losing 94-83 in Game 3. Clark struggled from the field in that game, going 6-of-18 for 18 points and just 3-of-12 from three-point range.
It was still another great season for the three-time All-Star, who averaged 22.3 points and 8.3 assists per game across 40 contests. Her appearance alongside Swift has once again put the friendship between the two stars in the spotlight.
